If your hearing aid requires a custom earmold, we take your ear impressions. Your hand-crafted mold(s) will be made in our lab, with your ear impression(s), for the most comfortable mold(s) available, fitting your ear(s) only.
FOLLOW-UP
We will schedule a follow-up appointment to make any necessary adjustments, resolve any communication needs, and optimize your comfort and success with your new hearing aids. The follow-up is crucial support, to fine-tune sound programs and address any challenges or concerns.

HEARING AID FITTING
We will contact you when your customized hearing aid arrives, to make a fitting appointment. Most aids take 3-4 days to arrive. You will try your new aid(s); we will ensure they fit comfortably in your ear(s), are best adjusted to your hearing, and that you are comfortable with their use and care.
